Program Description

This 4 week program is the step-by-step process guiding you into your fitness journey that will then lead you into large group sessions. This program is extremely valuable not only to beginners, but people new to this style of gym. We take a detailed approach from the start. 

The Kickstart Program begins with: 

 01.

The questionnaire.

 02.

The consultation with a coach to review your questionnaire and talk to you about your personal goals, wants and needs as you begin your journey. This also gives us time to get to know one another to build "coach and client" relationship. We find it extremely Important that we can connect with our clients and members on a deeper level.

 03.

A detailed body assessment to see any movement dysfunctions you might have, compensations patterns and/ or any specific limitations we think needs more attention along your fitness journey.

 04.

The fundamentals process. Here we teach you all the basic and technical lifts we use in our large group sessions. This may include movements you see in CrossFit and/or boot camps you have done in the past. This gives us a chance to see how your central nervous system and body react to each movement. If we need to make personal adjustments, we can in a more personal setting prior to large group training. Once we finish with fundamentals you will be "tested" out and released into the large group session! This process may vary depending on the individual. 2-4 weeks is our standard range in completion of this process. If you, or we, feel like you need more or less time, we can take further actions and discuss with a coach.
